Ordered Xiaomi TV-**" on TataCliq for Rs.*****/- on **.**.****. The product was delivered on **.**.****. While unpacking on **.**.**** by Xiaomi service engineer, the damage on screen was found & it was notified to TataCliq for return / replacement. Till date (**.**.****) there is no response from TataCliq although I have been calling their customer care everyday.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
