i bought platinum hd plan semi annual. under this plan , i was told that i will be shown all hd channels along with sd channels.
however, since *st october all sony hd channels are off. other than that other sony network channels were off too. i have to call multiple times to get some of channels on. however still all hd channels are off and no sony mix is coming. when i call, tatasky do not give any complaint number. they always tell that there business deal with sony network is off and so please bear with us. why should i bear when i paid whole money at once. also i will have a loss of around **** rs more when i have to switch my dth network . This is total fraud behavior.
