I’m writing this email to express my very first poor service that I received from TATACliq for my order ID: which was supposed to reach on **th May as per TATACliq website. I called to TATACliq customer care department on **th just to check my order status and got respond that product will be delivered on **th May, until than it was fine. The product status was at Pune Logistic facility (as per TATAcliq app product status) and needs to be deliver in Pune only.
Now last night (**th May) I got the update that the product was resend back to seller and transaction has been cancelled and product amount has been refund back to my account. This is highly frustrating and disappointment that I have order this product for my Mom’s birthday gift. This was my first experience and give me worse experience that I have ever came across.
How you can call yourself as Luxury brand online service, this is no where luxury service even if we compare to Amazon, flipkart and other online shopping portal. Even in this pandemic situation I have still for my order and got delivered on time with no damage.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
