Tata Capital Financial Services Limited - Tata capital and chroma scam of extended warranty

I have take * AC from Chroma, on which chroma has given offer to give extended * year warranty if we do Financial from Tata capital( no cost emi). However extended warranty amount will be paid by Tata capital and it will be shown in loan but after *rd EMI amount will be refunded.
I have done all the formalities to do so, but due to sign mismatch my first cheque got returned.
Now Tata capital is asking me bouncing charges of * products ( * Ac and * extender warranty) as there were * loan account were created., but i had given only * cheque so if it applicable.. It should be for * cheque only.
Also Tata capital is denying to refund the extended warranty amount as first cheque got returned.
However they have not informed us during Taking this amount. even chroma sales guy was not informed.
They have not given any written documents or term and conditions mention same.
While complaining on their customer care., they are not taking any complaints.
Have all call recording of tata capital person and chroma sales person.
Stuck with this issue.
