Tata Capital Financial Services Limited - financial loss due to negligence

A foreclosure letter was issued on *th Jan** with a waiver for foreclosure charges of
Rs *****/- based on the same I opted for BT facility from another bank where I got a
less rate of interest & on **th Jan** visited their office to make payment and they
were denied to accept the waiver and asked to pay the full amount. I wrote a mail to
customer care and no proper response from them and finally, I have paid with full
amount including foreclosure charges @ *.*% on Principle O/s amount as I have
already opted for another bank loan. I was speaking to the respective region team and
no proper response from them, Hence I am seeking your intervention in this regard. all necessary
communication/correspondence details are available and can be produced if
necessary.
