Initially, I cancelled my order through the mail. But I got a mail that product is dispatched I can't cancel the order. Now when I got it the seal of the box was open and there was water in the hand steamer. According to the product, I should receive * parts. It's totally used. I want a fresh piece or return back of my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
