Nutrabay.com - Tampered package delivered

I ordered these below items on July **th and received the order on **th.(Scivation Xtend BCAA (Intra Workout Catalyst) - *.* lb (ON) Gold Standard *** Whey Protein Powder - * lb). But the delivered package seems tampered, the nutrabay tape is not proper and also there is a white tape on above the naturabay tape. We reported this immediately to nutrabay and explained them about the box. Also sent them the photos and video of the box. From that day onwards they're just saying matter has been escalated to the courier team, apart from that there is no update.

Note- I have not yet opened the box. We also told them that we have CCTV footage, when the box was delivered. From there condition of the box can be seen clearly. And due to covid situation, we generally wait for sometime and sanitize, before we check the box. Also, it was delivered when I wasn't at home, and my mother received the package, and we can't expect her to be aware of checking the box and any other company policy.
Need your help in replacing/refund.
