I booked my ticket from Delhi to Chandigarh my boarding point is kashmiri gate metro gate no * .my boarding timing is *:**am i reached there *:**am and i trying to call bus operator or given number, firstly call not connected then after some time call connected but marshal is totally unprofessional he said that he did not know anything about bus it's not his duty he said like that.
No bus came there no body contact with me .it's totally fraud I wana to go court for this harrasment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I booked bus through Zingbus from Narayan Singh Circle Jaipur to Delhi . It had to pick me up on May ** , **:** pm but it left me without informing. I kept waiting at bus stand . I want my full refund of ₹***.
Pickup not done. They said they didn't have my contact detail even though I have received the booking detail via text and what's app msg.
Zingbus policy allows non-prime users to get * full cancellation in ** days, if the ticket is canceled more than * hours ago. And I canceled it * hours ago. Yet the company is not allowing me refund.
I reach well before i.e.*.** hrs before at the bus pick up point contacted the marshal. he told to wait at HP petrol pump. I confirmed him that I am thereat. A message was delivered that bus is ** minute late. Right...
