I have ordered fire boltt smart watch on aug *nd — after * month it got stopped working and after that I raised a complaint with fire boltt customer care — Later I have returned my product — it’s been almost * months they haven’t sent me replacement product ? Whenever I sent a mail they simply replied they are working on it ? I don’t know how many more years they will take to send my product back ?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
