Fire boltt smart watch - Prepaid order was not delivered

I have purchased a smart watch on ** May **** and it was supposed to be delivered on ** May **** but was not delivered. It was rescheduled to ** May **** without giving any reason for the delay and still waiting to get the product. The tracking information shows that the product is still with Exom Express with a note " OFD LOCK APPLIED". Could not contact anyone from Fire Boltt or Ecom Express.
