ASHWIN KUMAR ARUMUGAM filed complaint against Ease my trip com on Apr 20, 2020
I booked my Flight from Chennai to Lucknow and Travel was on match **.due to lockdown indigo flight got canceled and indigo processed ful refund to easemytrip.com (my booking agent). Now easemytrip is Addai that they have already refunded that too my bank account. I have checked with my bank and there was no as such refund. So easemytrip.com is making scam out of its customers.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
