On dated **th july **** first complaint was lodged to syska customer service regarding faulty dry iron which was provided online from flipkart. On dated *th august **** company arranged pick up of faulty dry iron through delhivery courier service and reached on **th august **** to pune service facility. After that several follow-ups were made through email, customer care toll free numbers and online plateform like twitter to create attention towards this issue but all in vain and no outcome observed for this through company's end in this regard.Still iron is not received neither serviced.
