I had ordered Syska Led ceiling light of ** nos LED ceiling lights on **.**.**** where full payment has been made against order. On **rd Sept I got mail where it shows that product has been shipped and will be delivered on **.**.**. On **th Sept when I checked status it shows that courier service has rejected the product for pick up. I called up customer care number many times but to no avail as they cannot provide any assistance to my queries rather they asked me to send my queries through email. I have written *-* email but I got the same replies with no positive response.
