memo filed complaint against Snapmint Finance Service Pvt Ltd on Jul 4, 2025
I purchased through Snapmint worth ₹*,*** with order id ******** on *th July. Unfortunately, these vouchers are not working as expected.
I have made multiple attempts to contact both Snapmint and Swiggy customer support to report this problem, but I have not received any response or assistance from either side. This lack of communication is causing significant inconvenience.
Due to this unresolved issue, I want to inform you that I will not be paying the EMI installment of ₹*** related to this purchase until the matter is resolved. I request that you either cancel the non-functional vouchers or activate new, valid ones promptly.
