I am writing to formally report an issue regarding my recent EMI purchase on the Snapmint app. Due to unforeseen financial difficulties, I missed a payment deadline. As a result, my credit limit has been deactivated. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case so that I can take steps to re-activate my credit.
