Subbareddy Ambati filed complaint against Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd on Jan 4, 2020
I have ordered * items from Swiggy which costs around ₹*** on *st Jan ****.
But Swiggy has delivered only * items. rest of * items were missed to deliver.
We have identified that, In restaurant bill shown only for * items which was delivered, rest of * items were missed at restaurant.
Have attached Restaurant bill and Swiggy invoice bill for reference to compare.
We tried to contact Swiggy support team, and have done multiple mail conversations, but they are not ready to refund money for missed items. Have attached the mail conversation for the same.
