I have ordered food from swiggy as attached in the proof at **.**am , order number ending with ****. the delivery partner was not moving in my direction and the food was getting more delayed. being a delivery partner swiggy dint even thought of contacting me and informing the delay until I asked. later after asking the customer support on **.** telling the delivery will. reach in * min but it still hasn't even after **min when asked the delivery partner dint even know the address of the location. the delivery partner arrived at wrong location and dint even call to inform the same. further delay . and my order only got delivered by **.** pm . upon asking compensation for the hardship I had to and be hungry for over *hr . swiggy are giving me **rs as refund for soggy food delivered not the delivery issue that was because of them . upon asking swiggy is telling me there is no such policy for late delivery compensation. I would require compensation from swiggy for this and bring on rule for such duopoly food delivery service the late delivery compensation.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
