I have signed up on Instamojo for taking payments from Customers. As a startup, I went through on-boarding where I mentioned my business model and they have encouraged to setup a business page and list the products. When I submitted my business registration and bank account statements, they emailed me saying that they cannot support my business and suspended the account. There was no reason given and when I asked few questions and requested there team to respond or call they simply closed my requests. Since they do not have a phone line, I could not get in touch with anyone from their team
I spent ***** on advertising that has my link www.instamojo.com/paramountmedservices as well as online advertised videos. I want to file a complaint because if they mentioned about not supporting during on-boarding, I would have chosen another payment gateway
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
