ANIL filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 25, 2024
I had purchase Acer TV I pro ** inches BY FLIPKART on ** oct**.recived on *th Nov. technician visited on * th Nov and found tv is not supported UHD *K as describe on model. After that they started harassment thro customer care. I have complaint multiple time to filpkart and acer TV. but nobody is attending issue except false commitment of visiting technician within ** hrs.they are denying of refund or replacement till date.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
