Adidas India Marketing Private Limited - Supply of Defective shoes

I have purchased shoe article #CZ**** through your invoice #IN************* dated **-**-**** from your Adidas Showroom, Ambedkar Road, BS-**, Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad. This shoe sole pasting has been peeled off, just after use of *-* months. I have visited your showroom and shown them the shoe and done this complaint. The Manager at showroom informed that this shoe carry a warranty of only three months and this shoe has already expired his life as it was manufactured in **** and cannot help us in this regard.   As per adidas this shoe carry only three months warranty, does it mean that it has only three months life. How we can afford to buy the such expensive shoes only for three months. It proves that adidas is selling expired shoes meaning thereby that the shoe sold by adidas has expired his life before selling, in the adidas self only. It is like that adidas has got the license to sell the expired medicine on the sale to customers. It is a fraud and cheating with the multinational company like adidas with the innocent Indian Customer, who could not understand the selling trap of adidas.
