Smartbuy - Supply of defective product

I have ordered EZ JET WATER CANNON From Smartbuy online. As the product is nit working I requested the company either to replaece the product or refund the the amount.It was delivered on **th January. I get the reply that their service center will contact me. But no one contacted me. kindly address my problem.
