I booked the international flight ticket from BLR to DPS at **:**, **th Feb **** IST. I selected cleartrip as my ticket partner. After payment of ***** INR, it didn't succeed and went to Pending status.
I connected to the Smartbuy and they asked me to wait * to * hours.
I received the email from SmartBuy that my ticket is booking(************) is failed at **:**. (After * hours)
I booked the ticket from another platform at **:**.
After that, I am receiving mail from Cleartrip(Smartbuy partner) at **:** PM stating my booking(************) is successful.
I already booked the ticket from another platform and does not need the Smartbuy(Cleartrip) flight tickets.
Hence, i requested the full refund from the Smartbuy and they accepted to provide me full refund as well, but since then I didn't received the refund, and while I ask for the status of refund, i get copy pasted email of taking more time then usual and will update you.
It's been already * months, and i am now concerned that they will not provide me with refund amount.
