Sundirect - Sundirect deduction

Hi, My Smartcard number with Sundirect is ***********. I recharged this account with **/**/** ie Rs ****/ - Topup HD Channes for one year and Rs ***/- Installation, but because of Trai regulations my plan was migrated to HDTelugu DPO Pack for * Months ie validity upto */**/** for Rs ****/- and remaining Rs ****/- was there in my Sundirect account until **th June **** in Sundirect account, but now ie today when Iam checking my balance it is only Rs ** , Reason Sundirect is saying that Rs ****/- is for Installation which they have never told me, they are telling me only now when I checked the Sundirect account . They have only send me messages that Telugu DPO pack for * months is only for Rs ****/- on my registered mobile number **********, now they are saying I have only Rs ** in my account . Request you to check and do the needful ie Credit back my Rs ****/- into my Sundirect account ASAP and also warn Sundirect ie not to deduct customer balance without their approval .
