Dear Sir,
Myself Manish Tripathi journey dated on June **,****, pickup time *.**pm from iffco chouk, opp hp petrol pump, BUS NUMBER UP**FT****.
my personal suitcase contains more than **k belonging missed during journey by Marshal negligance.
i complaint this to legal team Mr. Dhruv Makhija contact number **********, and Akash das **********, they both assured me that they will take care my refund and after * to * days they started ignoring y calls and now they are not doing anything refund and simply saying do whatever you can do.
they both are cheater and they zing bus stolen my clothes and belonging more than *****Rs.
kindly support into the same.
