Zing bus - Zing Bus was not given and that bus broke down

We were not given Zing bus but instead were given Northern bus in which AC wasn't working properly. Seat recliners also had issue and on top of that our Bus broke down and were debarred on the road. Somehow we managed to find some overcrowded local bus to reach Kasol. This is not what we had paid for. Please refund our amount.
