Berger Paints India Limited - Substandard waterproofing work by unprofessional labourers under the leadership of CE of Berger Pain

Within short span of water proofing work done by Berger Team , under the observation & guidance of CE Mr Umer Attar by applying CC ROOF APPLICATION + >** + PURK (@**.**) & EC-XP + SEAL-O-PRIME + WATERPROOF PUTTY (*+*+*) covering full terrace areas + terrace fencing wall of *"***" size.
The work completed with ** years performance warranty in accordance with , so called , advanced roof waterproofing solutions to protect membrane from leakage, seepage and cracks.
Now the leakage has happened damaging our sitting area upholstery bed.
Checked with Berger Homeshield Concrete Moisture Meter & found the high level of moisture/dampness at many places on inner wall touching ceiling measuring **.* to **.*.( photos attached)
Bubbles at multiple places are visible on the inner wall(wich is recently painted with Asian Aspira, Asian primer & Birla Putty , touching the cealing & cracks on ceiling pop sheet. Damage is estimated to more than Rs *****.
We are Senior Citizens & suffering from the none- cooperative attitude of dental in sheet contrast to corrective measures urgently required.
We feel the water proofing work has NOT been carried out according to the established High standards & Goodwill of BERGER PAINT
