I had booked the painting services from Berger Paint with the project ID so mentioned. Accordingly, Mr. Ravi Prakash (Customer Executive) was assigned and I have made payment of Rs. *****.** (Rs. Twenty thousand six hundred thirty six and zero one paise) online on **.**.****. But later on, I got information about bad/rude behaviour of the customer executive Mr. Ravi Prakash and also got information about his bad reputation in my area. That is why and due to some unavoidable personal reason I have raised my unwillingness (online with the Express Painting application) to get the service from Berger Paint and want refund of my advance money of Rs. *****.**/- . I have raised my complaint several times on Customer care number *********** of Berger paint but till date no reply and no refund is made on this issue. Such activity from the side of the Berger Paint is very reluctant and rude with the customer.
Please solve the issue and make arrangement of refund of my advance money of Rs. *****.**/- so deposited by me at the earliest.
