I booked an AC bus ticket for Rs ***. However the service Operator provided a non AC substandard bus. When enquired, he replied that you are getting enough for what you have paid. When approached PAY TM, they said complete the journey, then submit a complaint which I did. The complaint was getting resolved automatically, but I was filling new one also. Finally PAY TM refunded Rs *** which was not at all justified.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
