Jio mart Reliance Industries Ltd - Substandard product delivered

On **st March an ordered was dumped at my door by jiomart. I found a #amulbutter pack open and leaking with the front part of leaking butter covered in dust. I immediately raised a ticket for replacement of the product.

The jiomart people called back sayi they will replace it in next * days. On the *th I get an email from them that the matter is resolved. I called them back telling them that it hasn’t resolved. Since then I have spoken to their customer care * times including seniors, and each time the say they will “escalate” “highlight” and ask me to wait for * days.

** days have passed. I put a twitter complaint and now they reply that their store does not have an Amul butter pack, which is a lie because I went online and checked and they have it. Even if they don’t, they are making excuses instead of refunding my money. Now they are saying they are unable to replace since the butter is not available at my end. This is another blatant lie, an attempt to coverup. The butter has been waiting in my fridge since day one.

Such behavior on part of jiomart is shameful and I request this matter be highlighted so other consumers don’t face similar issues.
