Vi - Subscription of SONY LIV not active

Hello.
I have been facing some issues with my SONY LIV subscription.
I purchased a pack on VI app which included * year of SONY LIV premium on **th Feb ****. The pack was *** rupees and it is valid till **th Feb **** . The subscription only worked for one month till **th March **** and now I am getting ads and telling me to upgrade. The receipt number is ONR***************** . I don't know what's wrong with your customer support.I have tried contacting SONY LIV but they arent responding. Four days has past and I cant watch anything without the ads.
Please resolve this matter ASAP and provide me additional days on my SONY LIV premium (from **th March to whenever it gets resolved) or refund the money back.
