Story tv - Subscription not required still deducted mails done in advance

Despite my repeated mails the deductions are still being done since past * months. And initially it requested * rupee only, but the next day *** got deducted and again today *** got deducted. Kindly check this and refund my money and cancel my subscription because it's already done in the app but still deducted the amount. Else I'll have to file a fraud complaint.
