Dear Sir, we took a trial class for my Nephew on ** March, **** and Immediately cancelled the program. But since then you have been charging me approx.. Rs **** per month, every month till today (for ** months). I have been calling on the customer care number from my number but as soon as they hear my problem, they stop replying or hang up. I am thinking of taking legal action.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
