I subscribed to Videocon DTH for one year for Tamil channels at **** Rs, but after one month DTH deactivated to pack and asked me to choose packs as per the TRAI guidelines and so the initial amount would be refunded was the response. But recently I was informed that no charges will be refunded and are providing new reasons for it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
