I have Videocon dth with customer id *********. I have bought DVR set up box which is able to record the program but since last few days, the service provider has stopped this recording facility without any intimation and whenever I call customer care centre they told our system is down or being updated, hence we can't help you. After continues try for four days I able to get complain no,.*********. They have given time for resolution of this complain but they couldn't resolve even after committed timeline. Please help in this regards.
