Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the non-refund of INR **,*** for Order M******************, which was placed on July **, ****. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through your automated service center, emails, and correspondence, I have not received any satisfactory response or a resolution to my problem.

The order in question was canceled by the shipper on their request. The Blue Dart shipment number is Shipping No.: ***********, and the associated Complaint No. is ************, with a reference number of ******-******.

I have diligently followed your company's procedures and protocols for seeking a refund. However, my attempts have been met with indifference and a lack of urgency on your part. It is now evident that your company is not taking my situation seriously, and this has caused undue financial hardship and emotional distress.

I must remind you that as a consumer, I have certain legal rights and expectations, including the right to a prompt and full refund for canceled orders. By failing to provide this refund, you are in direct violation of these rights.

I hereby issue this legal notice to demand the immediate refund of INR **,*** to my account, with all accrued interest from the date of the cancellation. You have a legal obligation to rectify this matter promptly, and I expect to see the refund processed within EOB hours. Apart from refund as I have experienced significant inconvenience and distress due to the delay in processing this refund. I have calculated the interest incurred on this amount during the period of delay, which I believe is a fair request considering the circumstances. As per my calculations, the interest on INR **,*** at a rate of **% per month for one month amounts to INR *,***.**. In addition to this interest, I kindly request an additional compensation of INR **,*** for the mental and emotional distress that I have endured throughout this ordeal.
