Taj India Resorts - Subject Demand for Full Refund and Contract Rescission Membership against contact number

I am writing to formally demand a full refund of all funds paid to Taj India Resorts due to consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices, and material breach of contract.
My husband and I entered into a membership agreement based on explicit promises made by your representatives during your promotional event. We were assured annual access to luxury *-star and *-star boutique hotel accommodations for a period of ** years at a locked-in, concessional rate.
To date, Taj India Resorts has entirely failed to fulfill these obligations. Every attempt to utilize our membership has been met with systematic booking obstructions and unsubstantiated excuses. Furthermore, your company has demanded hidden, additional fees that contradict our original agreement.

An immediate, full refund of all payments made to date.
