I had purchased a pair of football studs Copa Sense . *FxG from your sales outlet at High Street Phoenix Mall G** Block No.*.
I had approached your store with the shoes but was told by the staff who noted the complainant and took the photo of the shoes that I will be approached within ** days.
It's been more than a month but till date i have not received any response.
Obliged if i giet the replacement at the earliest
It's just been two months that i couldmske use of it
