Phonepe APP - stuck with phonepe wallet

My friend was transferring emergency fund Rs**** by phonepe upi payment but
unfortunately it was stucked the error massage was showing it ll clear within **hr after ** hrs its revers to my friend phonepe app wallet now we can`t able to transfer to bank account ! how can i take this design of wallet ! its our mony
