Phonepe APP - Payment not made to the Loan Account

Kavuluri Vidyasagar filed complaint against Phonepe APP on Jan 5, 2023

I Kavuluri Vidyasagar has made the Education Loan EMI repayment to the Loan Account Number : ******JB********(Punjab National Bank) through Phonepe for the amount of Rs **** on **-**-****. The Payment has been successful but is not credited to the Loan Account till date which resulted in the Loan EMI payment default for the December-****. I request the concerned authoriries to look over the isue and see that amount is credited against the Loan Account asap.
The Phonepe transaction details are attached herewith for your reference.
