I had added money in airtel app ,when i wanded to recharge my jio number then error occurs like "password wrong "although i have used it earlier then immediately i wanted to reset password it again displayed password wrong .After that i called to customer care they couldn't resolve the issue i tried again and again but always disappointed.i have been trying this for last one and half year.however my payment still stuck in app.please help.
