Pradnya Parashuram Mahalkari filed complaint against Just Dial Services on May 21, 2020
This is Dr.Pradnya Mahalkari from Pune my clinic i.e. Dr. Pradnya's Dental clinic has been already registered with just dial from last year with just dial agent Madhukar Dyawarkonda.
It was * months contract for the service with me, and after the completion of tenure of six months I have requested to stop my ecs regarding the service i.e. on **/**/****. I have got a call regarding the same from just dial team on **/**/**** and they said that my ecs will stop within ** to ** days but still it has not done. I have already paid February and March ecs as requested by them but still the service has not stopped.
I have informed Madhukar also about the same time to time but no action has been taken.
I am requesting you to look in to the matter seriously on priority basis and stop my ecs right now and I am not supposed to pay any of it again.
Please find the attachments regarding six months contract and call recordings with just dial customer care.
