Just Dial Services - DEDUCTING THE MONTHLY AMOUNT FROM BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT INTIMATIO EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUEST TO STOP

DEAR SIR/ MAM,
This is to inform you that the Just Dial Customer Service has not been at all cooperating to close my advertisement service and has been deducting the monthly charge from my Bank Account even after since last * months. Their Agents have been repeatedly informed and requested to stop this paid service as my organisation no longer is active due to the unfortunate crisis in the Covid situation.
I have been dealing with Colon Cancer and being a Senior Citizen, every penny right now is counted and matters for me in this expensive treatment situation.
in this situation of acute crisis, your agents are still deducting without intimation almost Rs **** approx from my Registered Bank Account, taking advantage of my ignorance to know the technical procedures to reach their people to execute the procedure to stop this service.
Hereby I am taking the help of my Daughter , SREYANTI PAL (**********) to write this grievance and reach you somehow to stop this selfish injustice happening under the prime reputation of your Organisation.
I am Still having faith in your ASAP action and response to stop this unnecessary amount deduction. It is a request to Help me in closing this service and unnecessary deduction as none of your agents are helping me in sorting this trouble out, even not picking up my calls or even misguiding me in this procedure. Also The Just Dial agent in Durgapur named Mr. NOOR, has been reportedy resigned from the Just Dial Organisation, thus making my situation even more difficult and complex.
Note : I do have all the Bank statements to prove this deductions by the people of Just Dial.
