we have started online weekend coding classes in feb **** of *** classes, soon after * - * months my ward as shown excellence and was awarded also, but they asked us additional *** classes with the last course, then starts the problem- no mentor and no teacher was stable for students in jan ** condition was worse so we have emailed to cancel our both the subscrition and they have accepted to cancel on email but till date from Jan **** to Nov ** we are still been debited for course , we want immediate stop of EMI and refund of excess EMI debited to our account worst experience ever with lido learning we have mailed many times but till date no reply
