gopal jee rai filed complaint against Flipkart on Sep 26, 2017
Dear sir,
I purchased Mi a* set worth of rs ***** from Flipkart on **st sept but got stone inside box. Within * minutes i called back to Flipkart and told about incident so they assured me to investigate the matter and get back to me.
But i got mail from Flipkart on **th Sep regarding my complaint i.e. seller refused to fullfil my compensation.
My order no is OD******************.
And now neither they reply nor want to inform about further process.
Please help regarding this issue
