Magicpin - Still not received my order

I order from magicpin at *:** Am I was hungry and the estimated time was ** mins. Now it's Almost * Am I still haven't received my order and I have been constantly in touch with their customer service chat team they didn't help me at all all the did was asked me to wait.
This incident has taken my whole night and cause me a lot of stress. I'm seeking compensation for that
