I placed an order with Zaydn Sneakers Private Limited (Order ID: ******). The shipment AWB number is **************.
The company claimed that the parcel was returned due to "consignee unavailable". This is incorrect. I was available at all times to receive the order, and the delivery agency never contacted me via call or message.I also tried contacting them via Instagram, but now their account is not accessible and shows as "Instagram User".
The delivery was delayed for around ** days without proper updates, and then the order was returned without any valid reason. After this, the company informed me that ₹*** would be deducted as reverse shipment charges, even though the issue was not caused by me.
Additionally, I faced poor communication from the company. Their contact number is always busy and I was unable to reach them. I am a student and already facing financial difficulties, so this delay and deduction is affecting me.
Also, there was confusion in their communication. Around ** days after placing the order, I received an email that my order was confirmed. After a few days, I received another email asking for feedback about the order, even though the order was never delivered to me.
I requested a refund * days ago, but I have not received any proper response yet. Overall, it has been more than one month since I placed the order, and the issue still remains unresolved.
This situation is completely unfair as there was no fault from my side, yet I am being charged and facing unnecessary delays.
I request a full refund of ₹**** without any deduction and a prompt resolution of this issue.
