Shoprishi.com - Still I didn't get my refund for mobile booking of Redmi 7 pro 6gb 128gb Mobile

I placed an order on **/**/**** and paid through UPI payment with Paytm with the amount **,***/-. My order number is # *******. But they told me by *-* days it will courier to my address but I didn't receive. After calling they told **th May it will come after I see on the website there is displayed like below:
Dear Users,
Due to some issue with our seller, all orders are cancelled & refunded to the same payment method. You used to pay on **th May. It's credit within *-* working days but sometimes it takes up to ** working days depending on your bank. Please contact us on or after **th June if your refunded amount is not reflecting in your bank account. We are working with new sellers and our website reopens on **st June with a great deal and offers. Sorry for the issue.

I put a mail to them also but there is no reply. They show like that but still, I didn't get my refund. Please arrange my refund immediately.
