Me and my friend ordered different tees respectively from beautify yourself on **th may ****, today, two months from then, we still haven't receieved our tees. We have sent so many mails and dms but we havent got any response. The team replied to my friend's dm saying that we will recieve our parcel by **th june ****, today it's **th of july and still our orders are showing processing. They havent even specified a proper date of delivery. Such a big brand but hopelessly worst service ever. My total amount is **** and my friend's amout is **** rs. I really want this matter to sort as soon as possible. I would request the team to either tell us a proper date or refund our amout. It's high time now.
