Placed a order in March .they didn't delivered it
Then I wrote a email to them where they said there was a problem in their system .
They asked whether I want want my order delivered or full refund .I said full refund .they told me they will refund the whole amount as soon as possible .
It's been months but they haven't refund yet
Now they don't even responds to mails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
