***. Delayed Resignation Acceptance — Loss of Job Offer**
I resigned on *th January ****. Despite multiple follow-up emails, my employer did not respond to my resignation or any follow-ups during the entire notice period. The acceptance letter was handed to me only on my LWD (*th April ****), directly causing me to lose a confirmed job opportunity that required the acceptance letter for joining formalities.
***. Salary Slips Not Provided — Entire Tenure**
Not a single salary slip was issued during my *+ year employment, which is a statutory violation under the Minimum Wages (Central) Rules, ****. This directly caused the loss of two job opportunities where salary slips were mandatory for BGV and joining formalities. Evidence of both losses is retained.
***. Delayed Full & Final Settlement**
F&F payment was partially withheld for over ** working days after my LWD, well beyond the *-day statutory deadline under Section **(*) of the Code on Wages, ****. Full payment was received only after repeated follow-ups.
***. Delayed Employment Documents & Bond Cheque**
Relieving letter, experience letter, salary slips, Form **, and bond security cheque are yet to be received — nearly two months after LWD. Employer has now asked me to collect all documents and cheque in person this Friday with no explanation for the delay.
***. EPFO Non-Compliance**
Date of Exit not updated on EPFO portal post LWD of *th April ****, and PF contribution for May **** has been incorrectly deposited against my UAN — a month falling entirely outside my employment period. My status still shows active under Blucursor Infotech, which may cause complications in future employment verification.
***. Appraisal Manipulation — Monetary Loss**
Company followed biannual appraisal cycles: Jan–Jun and Jul–Dec. I received my Jan–Jun **** appraisal correctly. For Jul–Dec ****, despite receiving a heads-up mail and making multiple follow-ups, no appraisal was processed for months. The company eventually unilaterally changed the cycle to Nov ****–Mar ****, causing direct monetary loss. When I resigned in January ****, the appraisal was reverted citing incomplete cycle — despite the original Jul–Dec **** cycle already being completed. This is deliberate manipulation to deny a lawful increment.
